Your application should include the following:

Trainees: Introductory letter with career wishes and main interests, c.v. in tabular form, status: federal armed forces/civilian service/exemption, copies of references over the last two years, photograph, possible certificate covering other qualifications.
Candidates for vacancies: Introductory letter, c.v. in tabular form, school or university qualification and employment references, possibly certificate on other qualifications.
