Dr. Heiko Fischer is responsible for human resources, legal, internal audit, communication and marketing as well as the Wagon Hire Division.

As CFO, Dr. Kai Kleeberg is responsible for the finance department.

Within the Executive Board, Femke Scholten is responsible for logistics and safety. Her responsibilities include the development of the Rail Logistics Division and the Tank Container Division.
